2020 is a very disturbing year for the whole world because in 2020 there is a deadly virus, the virus is called Coronavirus 2 or Covid-19. In Indonesia to tackle the virus using the PSBB method, where everyone must provide a minimum distance of 1 meter, and public places such as supermarkets, offices, transportation, schools, etc. that have been mentioned must be closed or reduce crowds. Under these circumstances, employees are required to work from home as well as for students to undertake bold learning. To carry out these activities, it is necessary to have the internet to access work and school assignments, so that providers benefit greatly from the Covid-19 pandemic. Providers are companies that provide internet services to users, such as XL Axiata. During the Covid-19 pandemic, XL Axiata provider predicts future XL Axiata users, whether they want to increase or decrease and from these results, it can be seen how many devices have exceeded capacity, so the device needs to be upgraded. To make such an increase, XL Axiata needs to conduct an analysis of existing data. Data processing used data mining methods and the technique used is Linear Regression. By processing data using Linear Regression results in future predictions, the West Jakarta Kodya has increased per week by an average of 0.12%, the East Jakarta Kodya has decreased per week by an average of 0.27%, the Central Jakarta Kodya experiences the decline per week by an average of 2.31%, the South Jakarta Kodya experienced an increase per week by an average of 1.17%, and in the North Jakarta Kodya, it decreased per week by an average of 0.12%.
