| Summary: | The hospital is a community service institution in dealing with public health. Currently the pesanggrahan has a Regional General Hospital which was previously a puskesmas in the pesanggrahan sub-district. With the performance that has been implemented, this institution has succeeded in increasing its status to become a public hospital. However, service improvements will continue to be made for the benefit of people who need health services. One way that can be done is to measure the IT information system using the COBIT 5.0 framework. Researchers focused on measuring the Capability Level in 3 domains, namely the domain Deliver, Service and Support (DSS) domain, and Monitor, Evaluate And Assess (MEA). From the evaluation and measurement results, the resulting recommendations and assessment results in this study are DSS01 is at level 2, DSS02 is at level 2, DSS03 is at level 2, DSS04 is at level 1, DSS05 is at level 1, and MEA01 is at level 2. So that in this study the overall Capability Level is at level 2, therefore the recommendations given are further development to achieve the target. The desired Capability Level is level 3. |
