| 520 | |a Mushroom cultivation is an activity carried out to carry out the process of planting mushrooms from seeds to grow to produce quality mushrooms which are then sold for profit. In the sale of mushrooms, there are still many people who do not know information about the types of mushrooms, the quality of the mushrooms produced, and the sales process. So that the interest of mushroom buyers is still not quite widespread, especially people in South Tangerang. To solve this problem, a Customer Relationship Management information system is needed to attract customers' interest in buying mushrooms from cultivated produce with good quality and yield. This Customer Relationship Management information system is made web-based because it can be easily accessed by users anywhere such as on smartphone, computer, or laptop. The Customer Relationship Management information system has the advantage of being able to attract customer interest in a product by displaying the resulting product information and the purchase process flow. With the information in the system it really helps customers in knowing which mushrooms to buy and how the buying process is. The system development method used is the waterfall method. The waterfall method consists of several stages, namely requirement analysis, design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. The results of this research are in the form of a web-based Customer Relationship Management information system that can be used and managed properly by mushroom cultivation owners. | ||
