Summary:Lastmile/Backhaul Program is a program from BAKTI that gives telecommunication services in 3T and blankspot area. Until 2020, there are 1.068 Operational Base Transreceiver Station Universal Services Obligation (BTS USO) sites, with addition 538 new sites. Until 2024, it is targeted to build 5.000 BTS new site. This development is done with telecommunication services company by cooperation system. Services company selection that will build BTS new site addition is done by general bidding method. Lastmile BTS workgroup (pokja) is an ad-hock work unit that works on general bidding process. Pokja's main task is to select and evaluate towards proposal documents that company services candidates give. Candidates evaluation process to date is still done manually, which is inefficient in time and unreachable maximum accuracy. This method prone to fault in choosing company candidates and tend to be subjective. Decision Support System (DSS) implementation in RFI (Request for Information) document evaluation is expected to assist pokja choosing the best services company candates. Decision Support System election is based on : Decision taken by DSS is a semi structured; Decision can be handled by computer since pokja needs accuracy and speed. DSS implementation using Weighted Product method, with consideration that this method able to evaluate several alternatives towards a set of attributes or criteria, which every attribute doesn't depend on each other. The implementation of Weighted Product can improve the efficiency of the tender system.
