The purpose of this study is to discover the association factors of work fatigue among filling station attendant in Rest Area KM 14 Karang Tengah Tangerang City Year 2020. This research used a quantitative analytical approach with a cross-sectional design study. This study's sample was 51 workers by using total sampling. The instrument uses a questionnaire, the Deary − Liewald Reaction Timer, Sound Level Meter and Heat Stress Meter. Data analysis in this study are univariate and bivariate analysis by using Chi Square test, Fisher's Exact, and Logistic Regression. Based on the study results, 24 workers (47.1%) of respondents experienced mild occupational fatigue (MCF). Statistical test results, age factor (P-value= 0.017), work shift (P-value= 0.045 and P-value= 0.027), noise (P-value= 0.005) and Working Climate (P-value= 0.001) associated with severe occupational fatigue (SOF). While gender factor (P-value= 0.668) was not associated with severe occupational fatigue (SOF). The results of factors associated with occupational fatigue among filling station attendant are age, noise, work climate and shift work and gender factor was not associated with occupational fatigue among filling station attendant.
