| Summary: | Universal Health coverage ensure that all communities can use the promotive, preventive, curative, rehabilitative, and palliative health with sufficient quality to be effective, to ensure that these service will not make financial users difficult. In Indonesia, as a form of improving health services towards UHC, Sistem Jaminan Sosial Nasional (SJSN) program was created to provide protection and social welfare for all Indonesian people. One of the services of the primary care-based health system is the requirement to visit Public Health Center as a gatekeeper and care coordinator before accessing referral health facility. This study aims to determine the relationship between the type, length of treatment and accessibility of JKN participants in Limo District with the use of the Puskesmas as a Gatekeeper in 2020. The research design used a cross sectional method for JKN Puskesmas participants in Limo sub-district Public Health Center with purposive sampling technique. The data were collected by using a questionnaire filling method. Total of respondents are 140 people. The results showed, 93 respondents stated that Limo sub-district public health center is good as gatekeeper (66.4%). Bivariate analysis with Chi-Square test showed that there was a relationship between type of JKN (p = 0.00), length of treatment (p = 0.00) and accessibility (p = 0.00) with the use of Public Health Center as gatekeeper in 2020. |
