520 |a This research is a quantitative study that aims to determine the effect of job competence and job satisfaction on employee performance. The population in this study were all employees who worked at PT Telkom Akses in the North Jakarta area. The sample size was taken as many as 83 respondents, with a probability sampling technique with random sampling. The data was collected by distributing online questionnaires in the form of google form. The analysis technique used is the inferential analysis method through SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solutions) with the IBM SPSS Statistics 23 software with a significance level of 5% (0.05). The results of this study indicate that (1) job competence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a contribution value of R2 of 38.6% (2) job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a contribution value of R2 of 27.3% (3) job competence and job satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a contribution value of R2 of 41.5%.
