| Summary: | The World Health Organization has declared a pandemic due to the increasing number of Corona Virus Disease-19 cases. One of the reasons for the increase in the number of cases is because there are still groups of teenagers who do not comply with the Covid-19 prevention protocol. Non-compliance occurs due to a lack of knowledge and understanding of adolescents regarding the prevention of Covid-19. Therefore, counseling is needed to increase adolescent knowledge, so that adolescents have a supportive attitude towards preventing Covid-19. This study aims to determine the effect of online Covid-19 prevention counseling through video media on the knowledge and attitudes of adolescents in RW 009 Kelurahan Pejaten Timur. This research method is Pre-experimental with one group pre-test and post-test design. The sample used was a number of 65 respondents. Data analysis used Univariate and Bivariate analysis using Paired sample t-test. The results showed that after conducting online counseling through video media the average level of knowledge of adolescents increased from 10.48 to 16.77 Knowledge in the good category increased to 69.2% (45 adolescents). And the number of adolescents with positive attitudes increased to 67.7% (44 adolescents). Then obtained the P-value of 0,000. Covid-19 counseling through video media has a positive influence on the knowledge and attitudes of adolescents. Based on the research results, there is a difference between the knowledge and attitudes of adolescents after being given online counseling on Covid-19 prevention through video media.
