Christian Kühn
Christian Kühn (born 9 April 1979) is a German politician of Alliance 90/The Greens who has been serving as president of the Federal Office for the Safety of Nuclear Waste Management (BASE) since 2024.From 2013 to 2024, Kühn was a member of the Bundestag from the state of Baden-Württemberg. In addition to his parliamentary work, he was a Parliamentary State Secretary in the Federal Ministry for the Environment, Nature Conservation, Nuclear Safety and Consumer Protection in the coalition government of Chancellor Olaf Scholz from 2021 to 2024.
