Summary: | The text "Theoretical Reflections on Public Law and Justice" is the result of research within the framework of the methodological strategy of evaluation of actions, strategies and pedagogical contents of the subjects corresponding to the area of public law in the training of lawyers. In order to evaluate and identify the topics that present difficulties in the apprehension of knowledge in the area of public law, it was decided to know the common pedagogical actions and strategies in the teaching of public law, characterizing the successful models and weaknesses of learning. Subsequently, the thematic axes that show difficulties in learning were identified. And in the third stage, with this research book, we elaborated contents of thematic axes of difficult learning with alternative methods of reinforcement as some of the products of the project. El texto "Reflexiones Teóricas De Derecho Público Y Justicia" es resultado de investigación en el marco de la estrategia metodológica de Evaluación de las acciones, estrategias y contenidos pedagógicos de las asignaturas correspondientes al área de derecho público en la formación de los abogados y abogadas. Con el objetivo de evaluar e identificar las temáticas que presentan dificultades de aprehensión del conocimiento en el área del derecho público, se dispuso conocer las acciones y estrategias pedagógicas comunes en la enseñanza de derecho público, caracterizando los modelos exitosos y debilidades del aprendizaje. Posteriormente se identificó ejes temáticos que evidencian dificultades en el aprendizaje. Y en tercera etapa con este libro de investigación se Elaboraron contenidos de ejes temáticos de difícil aprendizaje con métodos alternativos de refuerzo como alguno de los productos del proyecto. |
