Differential diagnosis between a cesarean scar pregnancy and a cervical pregnancy is difficult. Prompt and accurate diagnosis of an ectopic pregnancy is essential, thus localization of the implanted gestational sac and associated comorbidities are necessary to efficiently provide management.
