Exposure of cell suspensions derived from kallus soy bean stalks to electric treatment or blended with plasmids Ri in the formation of kallus in multiple droplets
The present study successed in obtaining callus from embedding cell suspension of Glycine max in agar using Multiple Drop Array (MDA) technique.Results indicate that liquid Murashige and Skoog (MS) medium supplemented with 0.1 mg/L NAA and 2.0 mg/L BA promot divisions of cell and colonies formation....
