A qualitative study on hemodialysis access-related knowledge and health needs of maintenance hemodialysis patients (维持性血液透析患者血透通路相关知识及健康需求的质性研究)

Objective To understand the current awareness of hemodialysis access-related knowledge in maintenance hemodialysis patients, summarize the existing problems and health needs, and provide opinions and suggestions for the development of health education plan. Methods The phenomenological research method of qualitative research was used to interview 15 maintenance hemodialysis patients, and the data were analyzed to refine the theme. Results After in-depth analysis, four themes were obtained: Insufficient knowledge of hemodialysis access; One-sided understanding of hemodialysis access protection; Dialysis patients have many doubts about diet knowledge, blood pressure control and thrombosis; Various sources of health education information. Conclusion Maintenance hemodialysis patients have a poor knowledge of hemodialysis access, and their awareness of protecting access is not strong. Medical staff should optimize the form of health education to meet the health needs of patients and improve the attention of patients to hemodialysis access. (目的 了解目前维持性血液透析患者血液透析血管通路(血透通路)相关知识的知晓情况, 总结其存在的问题以及健康需求, 为制定健康教育计划提供意见和建议。方法 采用质性研究中的现象学研究法, 深入访谈15名维持性血液透析患者, 并对资料进行分析, 提炼主题。结果 经过深入分析, 提炼出4个主题: 血透通路相关知识掌握不足; 对血透通路的保护认识片面; 透析患者对饮食知识、血压控制以及血栓形成方面存在许多疑惑; 健康教育信息来源多样。结论 维持性血液透析患者对血透通路相关知识的掌握程度较差, 保护通路的意识不强。医护人员应创新健康教育形式, 满足患者的健康需求, 提高患者对血透通路的重视程度。)
