| Summary: | In the article approaches to treatment of patients with a nonspecific back pain are considered. Aspects of application Vitamins B (Milgamma) in complex therapy of patients with painful syndromes caused by inflammatory and degenerate defeats of a backbone are shined. It is noticed that the Vitamin B neurotropic complex can enhance analgesic effect of nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, allowing to make lower a dose and administration of these drugs, and also favours faster recourse of a painful syndrome. |
