A library of sulfonate and sulfonamide derivatives of Resveratrol was synthesized and tested for its aromatase inhibitory potential. Interestingly, sulfonate derivatives were found to be more active than sulfonamide bioisosteres with IC₅₀ values in the low micromolar range. Th...
