Multiple Purpose Essix Appliance
A new design of Essix appliance and its fabrication are described in this article. This case report illustrates both correction of anterior cross bite and distal movement of maxillary molars. This new vacuum formed Essix appliance can be a reasonable alternative to conventional appliances.
