| Summary: | This research was conducted between January and March 2021 as a descriptive, cross-sectional and correlational study to determine the effect of personal protective equipment use on nurses' perceptions of individualized care during the COVID-19 pandemic. The population of the study consisted of 130 nurses working in the COVID-19 clinics of a university hospital in a province in the east of Turkey, and the sample consisted of 127 nurses who agreed to participate in the study.
