Rational Antibiotic Therapy for BHSA-Infection as a Factor of Prevention of Primary and Secondary Acute Rheumatic Fever

The article discusses the choice of antibiotic agent to treat infections caused by beta-hemolytic streptococcus group A (BHSA). There are given antibiotic regimens in different variants - carriage of BHSA, BHSA-pharyngitis in patients with and without allergy on penicillin, in acute rheumatic fever.
