<p>Articolul este axat pe analiza evoluţiei abordărilor, conceptelor privind formarea continuă a cadrelor didactice pe plan naţional şi internaţional. Accentul se pune pe analiza conceptelor "educaţie permanentă", "educaţie pe parcursul <br />întregii vieţi", pe stabilirea principiilor de formare continuă a cadrelor didactice. Se fundamentează conceptul de formare continuă la nivel funcţional, nivel structural şi cel operaţional. <br /><br /> <br /><strong>CONTINUOUS EDUCATION OF TEACHERS: SPECIFIC TRAINING DEVELOPMENT AND APPROACHES</strong></p><p>This article analyzes the evolution of approaches, concepts on training for teachers at national and international level. The focus is on analyzing the concept of "lifelong learning", "education throughout life" on establishing the principles of continuous training of teachers. The underlying concept of "continuing/continuous education" at the functional level structural and operational level.</p>
