| Summary: | Foi realizado em fins de 1971 um levantamento sobre o ensino das ciências sociais ou do comportamento nas escolas profissionais brasileiras na área da saúde. Das 162 escolas existentes, 122 responderam ao questionário. Destas, 85 informaram incluir temas dessas disciplinas em seus currículos. Apesar desse número, fica constatada a incipiência do ensino das ciências sociais nessas escolas, tanto pelos tipos de cursos ministrados como pelo número diminuto de cientistas sociais empregados.<br>A survey on the teaching of social or behavioural sciences in the Brazilian professional schools in the health field was carried out towards the end of 1971. Out of the existing schools, 122 answered the questionnaire. Themes of social or behavioural sciences were taught in 85 schools. In spite of the great number of schools including this kind of teaching, the authors conclude that the situation of the social or behavioural sciences in the professional schools in the health area is very incipient. Very few social scientists were actually responsible for these courses. |
