Antiendotoxin Immunity in Children with Purulent Septic Diseases at Hospitalization Stage

The purulent septic diseases (acute purulent destructive pneumonia, acute hematogenous osteomyelitis, peritonitis) cause imbalance in antiendotoxin immunity system which is characterized by reduction of antiendotoxin IgG level and high levels of anti-endotoxin IgМ, LBP and sCD14.
