Meconium periorchitis
We report a case of a child who was found to have a peritesticular mass on fetal magnetic resonance imaging. Postnatally, the mass was diagnosed as an inguinal hernia and underwent surgical intervention. The patient was found to have meconium periorchitis, which was left in situ.
