The perfectly spherical microspheres of the ion- exchange resins diethylaminoethyl - trisacryl (DEAE) had been successfully used for achieving mechanical occlusion of vascular lumen. In this study; diclofenac sodium is reversibly adsorbed onto DEAE microspheres (28.3 g drug / 100 g of microspheres)....
