Effective intraperitoneal gene transfection system using nanobubbles and ultrasound irradiation
In this study, we demonstrate the low toxicity and highly efficient and spatially improved transfection of plasmid DNA (pDNA) with liposomal nanobubbles (bubble liposomes [BLs]) using ultrasound (US) irradiation in mice.
