Description
Summary:The article analyzes the small articulation between the national bodies that promote themovements of rural education and agroecology. It systematizes the context of construction of both movements, seeking to understand their identities and diversities, as well as the possibilities of more interaction and mutual learning. The context has as a background the process of conservative modernization of Brazilian agriculture. The hypothesis is that in the constitution of these movements there is a lack of articulation and exchange of experiences of their instances of national organization, both in the construction of their methodological conceptions and in the incidence on public policies. Only recently have the two political guidelines mixed. In the current context, it is necessary to broaden the alliances in the democratic and popular field, explaining the diversity of these experiences and the possibilities of greater articulation in the construction of a popular project for the countryside and for Brazil.
