<p>Abstract</p> <p><it>Campylobacter coli </it>is a rare cause of bacteremia. We report here the first case of <it>C.coli </it>spondylodiscitis complicated by an aortic aneurysm. Outcome was favourable with surgery and antibiotic therapy.</p>
