Revisão da Intervenção de Enfermagem "Aconselhamento para a Lactação" da Classificação da Intervenções de Enfermagem

Summary

Objetivo: Revisar as atividades da intervenção de enfermagem "Aconselhamento para a lactação" (5244) da NIC. Método: Revisão integrativa da literatura realizada entre os meses de maio e junho de 2021, nas bases de dados: PubMed, BVS, CINAHL, SCOPUS, Google Acadêmico e Web of Science; com os descritores: aleitamento materno; aconselhamento; saúde da criança e suas respectivas traduções em inglês. Resultado: Foram analisados 41 artigos e a maioria das atividades da intervenção estudada foram encontradas na literatura. Foram propostas mudanças nos títulos de 13 atividades. Conclusão: O uso da NIC é imprescindível, pois as atividades e intervenções propostas apoiam e auxiliam as mães, bebês e familiares no estabelecimento da amamentação. ABSTRACT Objective: To review the activities of the nursing intervention "Counseling for lactation" (5244) of the NIC. Method: Integrative literature review carried out between May and June 2021, in the following databases: PubMed, BVS, CINAHL, SCOPUS, Google Scholar and Web of Science; with the descriptors: breastfeeding; counseling; health child and their respective English translations. Result: 41 articles were analyzed and most of the activities of the intervention studied were found in the literature. Changes were proposed to the titles of 13 activities. Conclusion: The use of NIC is essential, as the proposed activities and interventions support and help mothers, babies and family members in the establishment of breastfeeding.
