Does Sex Discordance on Antenatal Ultrasound Always Predict Dichorionicity?
Abstract. Monochorionic dizygotic twin gestation is clinically very uncommon but poses significant antenatal and postnatal complications. Here we review the diagnosis, mechanism, perinatal management, and pregnant outcomes of monochroic dizygotic twin gestation.
