Summary. In the experiment after 14, 21, 30 days after the skin burn of third-degree total area of 21-23% of body surface on white male rats and applying in first 7 days of the experiment intravenous solution Lactoproteinum with sorbitol at a dose of 10 ml/kg body weight, was conducted electronically microscope study of changes in the walls of the small intestine. Study of ultrastructure of the wall of the small intestine of animals after thermal injury in terms of the use of sorbitol Lactoproteinum showed that on the background of improving ultrastructure of hemocapillaries is less than the degree of destruction and renewal of epithelial cell plate. By the end of the experiment updated component of structures plates mucosa. The obtained results can be used in scientific research to determine changes in the organs of the gastrointestinal tract during different stages of burn disease and use of new medical facilities.
