THE PARADIGM OF HUMAN CONDITION IN LAW
The fundaments of the interpretation and application of law rely in the paradigms of law. In this article, we suggest an exercise of imagination and deep thought by inserting among the paradigms of law the one that implies the most complex analysis and that would be the human condition.
