Alveolar soft part sarcoma (ASPS), is rare tumour known for its metastatic potential and an uncertain histiogenesis. In this case report, we discuss a rare case of ASPS in a young adolescent male and emphasize on the diagnosis aids and management of this unique lesion of life threatening condition.
