Gumma - Not yet obsolete
Tertiary syphilis was a serious threat in the early part of the 19th century. With the advent of Penicillin, the incidence of tertiary syphilis has reduced drastically. However, Gummatous ulcers have not become obsolete as shown in the presented case.
