Large Prostatic Calculus in an Alkaptonuria patient - Caught unaware
<p>Alkaptonuria, a metabolic disorder with urological manifestation goes unnoticed till we are aware of it. Here we present an alkaptonuric patient with difficult catheterisation was diagnosed with a large prostatic calculus and his management. </p>
