Summary:<p>Obstructed hemivagina with ipsilateral renal agenesis (OHVIRA Syndrome) is a rare congenital anomaly. It mostly presents with severe dysmenorrhea and a palpable mass due to unilateral hematocolpos. Sometime it presents in unusual way with prolonged vaginal bleeding and profuse vaginal discharge.
