Zusammenfassung

This study aimed to describe the mechanism of community participation in the implementation of policies on the settlement restorative criminal offenses committed by children and describe the factors that affect the implementation of the role community's in the completion of the crime of child. The method used in this research is empirical juridical approach. Sources of data derived from primary data sources are interviews, the secondary legislation and law books. Data analysis method used is the analysis of qualitative data. The results showed that the mechanism of role society's in the completion of the criminal case in children's involvement, the public can accompanying case of children up to facilitate the disposal of the child in consultation with the restorative justice approach. That factors can be influence implementation of the community's role in the completion of the crime of child influenced by several factors: factors rule of law, factors of law enforcement officers, these factors means or infrastructure support, community factors, cultural factors law.
