Summary

This study aimed to determine the effect of training methods, training materials, the ability of the instructor on employee productivity PT. Real Graphic Media Surakarta. The sample in this study were employees of PT. Real Graphic Media Surakarta , which amounted to 53 respondents. The sampling technique in this research is purposive sampling. Data analysis methods used were normality test and test multiple linear regression analysis with t-test, F, and the coefficient of determination (R2). Based on the results of t test analysis, this study showed that the method of training (t = 2.651), the training materials (t = 2.540), ability of the instructor (t = 3,071) significantly affects work productivity. In Test f show that the method of training, training materials, and the ability of the instructor jointly significant effect on employee productivity PT.
