| Summary: | Medical records is one of the written proof of service processes that contains the clinical data of patients during the process of diagnosis and treatment (treatment). Management of medical records at the hospital is to support the achievement of orderly administration in an effort to achieve the goals the hospital, which is improving the quality of health care in hospitals. The purpose of this resecarh was to determine the overview performance of the medical records officer at Islamic hospital IVMA Yogyakarta. The method uses a qualitative descriptive study. The sampling technique used purposive sampling. The collection of data through observation and interviews. Analysis techniques using interactive analysis. The results showed that the majority of respondents were aware that the workload is a part of the job so that the employee is willing to work overtime, still able to concentrate, focus on every job and do not choose absent at the time of the work piling up. Efforts medical records personnel in improving the quality of work there, among others, is to concentrate, focus and evaluate the work so as to improve the performance of medical records officer |
