| Summary: | Background : Mental health is an adaptive attitude as an equal description between physical and mental. The number of depressive patients with suicide significantly increase every year. Purpose : The purpose of this study is promotion of low self on depressive patients through applying the nursing care plan. Method : The method of this study case described is apply nursing care that comprised of as low self esteem, data, intervention, implementation and evaluation Result : Iintervention was chosen based on standard operatingprocedure was included SP 1 and SP 2, the result of their study is a depiction of this patient's ability that included, The patient is able to doing well Conclusion: Comprehensive nursing action excels needed to determine the success of nursing care of the depressed patients so that the patient can apply to develop positive aspects that are owned as taught the nurses |
