520 |a Power endurance is component of physical fitness. There are several exercise method can used to increase power endurance, one of them is tabata training. The problem in this research is impact of tabata training to increase power endurance capability. This research is purpose to know the impact of tabata training to increase power endurance capability. The method used is an experimental method. Populate in the research are 32 futsal's woman athlete of UKM UPI, sampling techniq using purposive sampling, the samples are used in this research consists of eightteen futsal's women athlete team. Collecting data used a test instrument 10 hops. Result of statistical calculation of pre-test and post-test data, using with statistical manual counting statistics. From the analysis of the data obtained that, t-test with a value of 4.40 is greater than t-table with a value of 2.11, can be said to be significant because t count> t-table. It can be concluded that the impact of tabata training have increased significantly to an increase in power endurance capability.
