Penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa besar kesesuaian/relevansi antara mata pelajaran paket keahlian teknik sepeda motor dengan kompetensi kerja yang dibutuhkan di bidang service sepeda motor, dan menghasilkan pemetaan sekuen tentang kesesuaian/relevansi antara mata pelajaran paket keahlian teknik sepeda motor dengan kompetensi kerja yang dibutuhkan di bidang service sepeda motor. Penelitian dilaksanakan di SMKN 8 Bandung dan Daya Honda Motor Bandung. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa mata pelajaran paket keahlian teknik sepeda motor memiliki tingkat kesesuaian sangat relevan dengan kompetensi kerja yang dibutuhkan di bidang service sepeda motor. Hal ini menunjukan adanya keterkaitan antara mata pelajaran paket keahlian teknik sepeda motor dengan kompetensi kerja yang dibutuhkan di bidang service sepeda motor. Pemetaan sekuen dibuat untuk mempermudah visualisasi relevansi antara kedua objek. This study was a descriptive study using a quantitative approach. The purpose of this study is to determine how much suitability / relevance of the subject motorcycle engineering expertise with the work required competence in the field of service motorcycles, and generate mapping sequence of suitability / relevance of the subject motorcycle engineering expertise with job competence needed in the field of service motorcycles. The experiment was conducted at SMK 8 Bandung and Daya Honda Motor Bandung. Based on the research results it can be concluded that the subjects motorcycle engineering package has a concordance rate is very relevant to the work required competence in the field of service motorcycles. This shows the relation between the subject motorcycle engineering expertise required to work competence in the field of service motorcycles. Mapping sequences designed to facilitate visualization of the relevance between the two objects.
