Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pembiayaan bermasalah mudharabah dan musyarakah terhadap profitabilitas bank umum syariah yang mengeluarkan laporan keuangan periode penelitian tahun 2010- 2014. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif asosiatif. Analisis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi data panel dengan menggunakan aplikasi Eviews 9. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tidak terdapat pengaruh negatif pembiayaan mudharabah bermasalah dan pembiayaan musyarakah bermasalah memiliki pengaruh negatif terhadap profitabilitas bank umum syariah. Dilihat berdasarkan uji chow di model common effect dengan regresi data panel, pembiayaan bermasalah mudharabah tidak berpengaruh negatif terhadap profitabilitas bank umum syariah dan memiliki koefisien 0.21 dan pembiayaan bermasalah musyarakah memiliki pengaruh negatif terhadap profitabilitas bank umum syariah sebesar -0.25.---------- This study aims to determine the effect of non performing mudharabah and musyarakah financing on the profitability of Islamic banks that issued the financial statements year study period from 2010 to 2014. The method used is descriptive associative method. The analytical techiniques used in this research is panel data regression analysis using Eviews 9. The results showed there are non performing mudharabah and musyarakah financing have influence on the profitability of Islamic banks. Judging by chow test on common effect in panel data regression, non performing mudharabah financing don't have a negative impact on the profitability of Islamic banks, and have coeffiecient by 0.21 and non performing musyarakah financing have a negative impact on the profitability of Islamic banks by -0.25.
