Laporan tugas akhir ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui proses perbaikan, analisis besarnya gaya dan waktu pengereman pada Toyota Fortuner G 2.7 dengan baik dan benar sesuai dengan prosedur. Proses analisis dilakukan dengan cara mengambil data langsung dari kendaraan. Data-data yang telah diambil tersebut kemudian dibandingkan dengan data-data spesifikasi untuk kendaraan tersebut, sedangkan untuk proses analisis besarnya gaya dan waktu pengereman data yang telah didapat kemudian dikonversikan menggunakan rumus gaya dan waktu. Setelah dilakukan pengukuran pada ketebalan pada pad rem dan keolengan disc didapatkan hasil kedua komponen tersebut masih dalam kondisi baik sehingga tidak perlu dilakukan pergantian. Hasil dari analisis besarnya gaya diperoleh angka sebesar 162,60kg untuk pembebanan pedal 10kg. Hasil dari analisis waktu diperoleh agar kendaraan bisa berhenti adalah sebesar 1,41s ketika kendaraan melalu dengan kecepatan 30km/jam.;--The purpose of making this final project is to find out repair process, and analysis of the magnitude of the force and braking time on the Toyota Fortuner g 2.7 properly and correctly. The analysis process is done by taking data directly from the vehicle. The data that has been taken then compared with the specification data for the vehicle, while for the analysis process the amount of force and braking time of data that has been obtained is then converted using the force and time formula. After measuring the thickness of the brake pad and the slab of the disc, the results of the two components are still in good condition so there is no need to change. The results of the analysis of the magnitude of the force obtained a figure of 162.60 kg for 10kg pedal loading. The results of the time analysis are obtained so that the vehicle can stop at 1.41s when the vehicle passes with a speed of 30km / hour.
