ABSTRAK Bandung Philharmonic merupakan pertunjukan musik orkestra berstandar Internasional yang diselenggarakan setiap tahun sejak 2016 dengan memasukan nilai edukasi di setiap penyelenggaraannya. Acara tersebut dikelola oleh NGO (Non Governmental Organization) Bandung Philharmonic yang merupakan event organizer professional. Bandung Philharmonic memiliki talent yang merupakan hasil audisi buta. Hal itulah yang menjadi latar belakang untuk meneliti Manajememen Entertaintment Education Bandung Philharmonic. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi kasus dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Hasil temuan penelitian menunjukan bahwa pengorganisasian Bandung Philharmonic dibentuk setelah menentukan materi pertunjukan, perencanaan penyelenggaraan Bandung Philharmonic dikembangkan dari materi penyelenggaraan Bandung Philharmonic sejak 2016 dan pengendalian Bandung Philharmonic 2019 dilakukan secara tiga tahap. Hasil temuan tersebut diharapkan berimplikasi terhadap bidang pendidikan, peneliti lanjutan, komunitas dan apresiator seni. Kata kunci: Manajemen, Entertaintment Education, Bandung Philharmonic   ABSTRACT Bandung Philharmonic is an international standard orchestral music performance which has been held every year since 2016 by incorporating educational values in every event. The event is managed by the NGO (Non Governmental Organization) Bandung Philharmonic which is a professional event organizer. Bandung Philharmonic has talent which is the result of blind auditions. This is the background for researching the Management of Entertainment Education Bandung Philharmonic. This research uses a case study method with a qualitative approach. The research findings show that the organization of the Bandung Philharmonic was formed after determining the performance material, the planning for the Bandung Philharmonic was developed from the materials for the Bandung Philharmonic since 2016 and the control of the 2019 Bandung Philharmonic was carried out in three stages. The findings are expected to have implications for the field of education, advanced researchers, communities and art appreciators. Keywords: Management, Entertainment Education, Bandung Philharmonic
