Training needs analysis (Training Need Assessment) is the initial process of developing the potential of human resources in the organization to improve employee and organizational performance. That way, the uniantiq gentur lamp makes the craftsmen even better. Problem formulation: What are the conditions of the crafter's activities, what are the future expectations of the craftsmen, how is the need for training materials, time allocation for each material and learning strategies that should be applied in the implementation of the training. The purpose of this study is to describe the conditions of the craftsmen's activities, to describe the wishes and expectations of the craftsmen, to analyze the training needs that must be carried out at the Gentur lamp UMKM, as an effort to improve the skills of the craftsmen to become even better. The method used is a case study method with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques used are interviews, observation, and documentation.
