Summary

This study was aimed to examine the effect of internal factors such as internal stakeholder's participation, internal political support, and organizational capacity/resources on performance measurement of local government in Indonesia. The sample of this study were the Secretary and The Head of Subdivision Programming, Evaluating, and Reporting (PEP) of Serang City Government. This study analyzed the questionnaire from primary data derived from respondents' answer as many as 43 respondents. The analysis technique used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using Smart Partial Least Square version 3.0 with an error rate of 5%. The result of this study indicated that the internal political support has a significant effect on performance measurement. Whereas the internal stakeholder's participation and organizational capacity/resources does not significant effect on performance measurement.
