| 520 | |a Land and forest fires has been a constant problem for Indonesia, The transboundary haze pollution as a results of the fires makes this problems as a common problems for the Southeast Asian Region, which must be solved together. ASEAN Agreement on Transboundary Haze Pollution (AATHP) is an agreement, made by ASEAN, which focused on dealing with land and forest fires also the transboundary haze pollution as a results of fire. As a country with a large intensity of land and forest fires, cooperation between ASEAN Member State and Indonesia is carried out to minimize the occurrence of fires and speed the extinguishing when a fires occurs. The author uses Regional Cooperation to explain the process of cooperation carried out by Indonesia and the ASEAN Member State. After that, the author uses International Regimes Theory to explain about how AATHP plays it part on this cooperation as a whole. Last, the author uses Green Theory to explain how important and concerned ASEAN in dealing with land and forest fires also the transboundary haze pollution as a results of fires in Southeast Asia. This research found that in land and forest fires for the 2017-2019 period, cooperation in providing fire fighting logistics assistance could not be carried out. cooperation is only carried out in the form of exchange of information and experiences as well as regular annual regional meetings that discuss the transboundary haze pollution as a results of land and forest fires. | ||
