The population in this study are people who have shopped or are currently using Lazada e-commerce in the city of West Jakarta. The sample size used was 100 respondents with the Non Probability Sampling method with the type of Purposive Sampling. Data collection is used through the distribution of questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is the Partial Least Square method. The results of this study indicate that the variables of service quality and brand trust have a significant and significant effect on customer satisfaction.
