This study aims to analyze the marriage of minors after the enactment of Law no. 16 of 2019 and its implementation in the Religious Courts. In this study using a normative juridical method by doing qualitatively in a literature study using the laws and regulations relating to this research. In addition, using a statutory approach and a case approach. Data collection is done by studying the documentation of the judge's decision. While the data analysis is done by content analysis. This study shows that the practice of child marriage is one part of the violation of children's rights and especially children's human rights that must be protected by the state and law enforcement down to the smallest unit of the state, namely the family. However, in reality, state policies regarding the age limit for marriage are not in line with the decisions of the Religious Courts and legal behavior in society.
