Telkom access especially Indihome, but currently there are problems with the quality of products and quality of services provided. This problem is determined by the formulation of the problem whether product quality and service quality have an influence on customer satisfaction at Indihome. This research was created to prove and analyze the effect of product quality and service quality on customer satisfaction at Indihome. The type of data determined is quantitative with a population of 50 Indonesian users in the Tanjung Priok area using the purposive sampling method. PLS3.0 was used as an analysis technique in this study. The results obtained from this study are (1) product quality has a significant effect on customer satisfaction (2) service quality has a significant effect on customer satisfaction.
