This study aims to determine the relationship of central obesity and physical activity with increased blood sugar levels in housewives in Kelurahan Limo during the Covid-19. The study used a cross-sectional study design and sampling technique, namely purposive sampling with a sample size of 145. Data were taken using a measuring tape, GPAQ questionnaire, and a glucometer with the easy touch brand which had been tested for validity and reliability. The results of the study using the Chi-Square Test showed that there was no relationship between central obesity and increased blood sugar levels (p value 0.149) and there was a significant relationship between physical activity and increased blood sugar levels (p value 0.025). The recommendation in this study is that there is a need for good collaboration from the community, health services, nurses and researchers to make various efforts to prevent diabetes in order to improve optimal health status.
